• Tetanus 
• Hepatitis A & B 
• Typhoid

"Boil it, peel it, cook it, or forget it!"

• Carrying or wearing necessary medical alert information.
• Anti-diarrheal meds (ie Dukarol)
• *Bringing Aqua Tabs for your drinking water.

Looking for something to read in preparation?

A book called "When Helping Hurts" by Steve Corbett & Brian Fikkert was recommended to us by a good friend who recently did missions work in Africa.
